Admissions

We appreciate your interest in Trinitas Classical School. If you have any additional questions or would like to schedule a visit, please call 616-855-6518 or email us at info@trinitasclassical.org.

Admissions Process

  • Welcome! The first step in the admissions process is to fill out and send us your application along with the required aplication fee of $50.
  • After we receive your application, you will be contacted to set up an interview with the Headmaster; a member or members of the Board of Trustees may also be in attendance.
  • Following the interview, a recommendation will be made to the Board of Trustees. The board considers each application very carefully; our ultimate goal is to make sure Trinitas is a place where your child can flourish.
  • If your application is accepted, you will receive a letter of acceptance including details about tuition payment and the completion of required forms (e.g., immunization records, medical and safety information, etc.).  Also, we will contact you to establish a time for your child to take placement exams .
  • An enrollment deposit (10% of tuition before aid) is required and reserves a space for your child.

What are tuition costs for a single child?

Kindergarten is offered at $3,200 per year and grades first through eighth are $5,300 per year.

In an effort to attract and assist families with multiple children, Trinitas Classical School now offers a multi-child discount. Families paying 100% tuition for their first two full-time students will receive a 10% discount on their total tuition obligation upon the enrollment of their third full-time student and a 20% total tuition discount upon the enrollment of their fourth and subsequent full-time students.

Fees for the homeschool partnership are as follows: Latin is $350, Science is $450, and Art/Music is $250 per semester. If a homeschool student is enrolled in all three, the fee is $900 per semester (a savings of $150 per semester). Classical Greek and Logic are each $350 per semester.

What are the options for tuition payment?

Parents of both full-time and homeschool partner students may pay tuition in full by July 5, or make payments through FACTS Tuition Management on either a bi-annual or 10-month plan. To sign up for payments, please complete the online agreement with FACTS.

Do you have a benevolence fund?

We are committed to being a school that displays socio-economic diversity. God's kingdom, after all, displays such diversity. But we are a young school with limited financial resources and we are also committed to fiscal responsibility. So, we currently have limited monies for families who need financial assistance. If you would like your child to attend Trinitas and are unable to afford full tuition, please talk to us about the matter. There are often creative solutions to such problems. Likewise, if you would like to contribute specifically to a benevolence fund, please talk to us about the issue. This is a wonderful way to further God's kingdom.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Trinitas Classical School does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational and admissions policies, scholarship programs, or other school programs.
