Tuition and Aid

Trinitas Classical School is committed to being a school that displays socio-economic diversity. God’s kingdom, after all, displays such diversity. Trinitas does not receive any public or denominational funding, so the school is also very committed to being a fiscally responsible steward of the resources entrusted to it. Accordingly, Trinitas offers families options for payment plans and, for those who qualify, financial aid.

Tuition Payment Plans

Trinitas Classical School participates in FACTS, a tuition management company operated by Nelnet. FACTS has a long track record of helping schools manage tuition and financial aid and offering families a variety of payment plan solutions so that you may select a payment option that best suits your financial needs. The plans listed below all require automatic bank draft. Depending on the start and end date of each plan, they may not always be offered.

Monthly Payments: Spread your tuition balance over ten monthly installments beginning in July and ending in May. (N.B. The March payment serves as the deposit for the following school year for those with a Continuous Enrollment Agreement.) FACTS administrative fees apply.

Semester Payments: Pay your tuition in two installments, July and January. FACTS administrative fees apply.

Payment in Full: FACTS is a quick, secure method for paying your tuition balance in full. FACTS does not charge a fee for this service.

About FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment is an independent, third-party company that conducts financial analysis to determine your family’s financial need. Trinitas receives a confidential report outlining your financial situation based on the information obtained in your application and supporting tax documents.
What Information Does FACTS Require?
• You will need to submit your federal income tax return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income.
• In order to provide your educational institution with an accurate assessment, FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment must verify your expenses and household income. By providing FACTS with all of your information, they can assist your institution in making an informed decision about the amount of financial aid needed for each family.
• FACTS does not require a credit check and applying for aid will not affect your credit rating.
Is My Information Secure and Confidential?
Confidential: Yes. All documentation received is imaged upon receipt and then destroyed. Then, the application data becomes property of the applicable institution.
Secure: The FACTS application is secure and compliant with current standards, which is SSAE 16 audited and PCI DSS Level 1 validated.
Can I Review My Status Online?
Once you have completed the online application, you will be able to log on to online.factsmgt.com to check the status of your application. You will create your username and password the first time you log on.
