Trinitas enrolls full-time students and part-time homeschool partners in grades K-8.
News & Events
The National Latin Exam is a standardized, forty question multiple choice test given to over 140,000 students in the U.S. and 135 foreign countries. Each level of testing covers questions on translation, grammar, geography, mythology, Roman life, history, mottoes, derivatives, and oral Latin. Students in grades 5-8 took the exam in March. Congratulations to the winners from Trinitas!

Several students also took the National Mythology Exam, consisting of 50 multiple choice questions. The questions are based on Greek and Roman gods, the year's theme (this year's theme was Myth Transformations), and on literary works such as The Aeneid.

New this year, students in grades 5-8 participated in the National History Day competition. Students chose historical topics related to a theme and conducted extensive research through libraries, archives, museums, oral history interviews, and historic sites. After analyzing and interpreting their sources and drawing conclusions about their topics' significance in history, students presented their work in original papers, exhibits, or performances. Students were interviewed by professional historians and educators. The 2013-2014 theme was "Rights and Responsibilities."
Three Trinitas students won at this year's regional competition at Grand Valley:

Communal, and National Responsibility during The Great Depression"
Paige B. - Junior Division Performance: "26th Amendment: Creation and Impact"
Hannah B. - Youth Division Exhibit: "Queen Isabella: Inquisition and Expulsion"
