Speech Meet
The annual speech meet was a great success! Congratulations to all of our students for a job well done!

Spelling Bee
We are preparing for the SCRIPS National Spelling Bee. The first round will be held at school the morning of January 21, 2009. Our two winners from grades 5th through 8th will be able to compete in the second round at Northpointe Christian School.

New to the Homeschool Partnership for the 2008-2009 Academic Year
Classical Greek and Logic will now be offered through our Homeschool Partnership Program. Classical Greek will meet TWTh for grades 6-8. Logic will meet TTh for grades 5-8. The cost for each course is $300 per semester.

Skateboard Club
The Trinitas Skateboard Club will be meeting at Modern Skate Park each Friday. Come and join the students for some great exercise and fun!

Trinitas Art Camp
Approximately twenty-five students participated in our first Trinitas Art Camp. The camp was held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from June 10 through June 26 and was open to area students in grades Kindergarten through seven. The students loved it! They learned about various artists, periods, and styles, and created some really impressive work of their own. Highlights included Monet-inspired painting, assemblage sculptures, paper-making from recycled materials, print-making, animation projects, and even food sculptures. The camp culminated in an art show for parents, grandparents, and friends.
