Be Ready for the First Day of School

September 5th, 2020

When: Tuesday, September 8. Drop-off begins at 7:40 a.m. The entry doors are locked at 7:55. Afternoon dismissal is at 3:00 p.m. Students are to be picked up by 3:15.

Who: All students – including kindergarten students. Homeschool partners are invited to join us from 11:40 a.m. until dismissal for recess, lunch, and afternoon activities.

Where to drive/park: Please familiarize yourself with the instructions for pick-up/drop-off and the traffic flow map. Any carpool arrangements must be communicated to the office before dismissal.

What to wear: All students should wear their PE uniforms: Trinitas t-shirt, athletic shorts or pants, and gym shoes. Those who do not have a Trinitas t-shirt (homeschool partners not participating in PE or full-time students waiting for their apparel store order) may wear a basic navy or gray t-shirt, i.e., plain, solid in color, free of distracting details.

What to bring: School supplies (if not brought to open house), food for snack and lunch, water bottle, and a jacket or fleece (depending on the weather). Please label your child’s belongings.

How to start well: Help your child get a good night’s sleep and a healthy breakfast!

Please note the school office will be closed Friday, September 4, and Monday, September 7, for the holiday weekend. Important information about this school year will be discussed at the required parent orientation on Wednesday, September 9, at 6:30 p.m. The orientation has been moved online. Please see the following post for details.
