REMINDER – COVID Symptom Checklist

January 29th, 2021

February is typically a month that brings increased illness and school absences. This year, the potential for symptoms to be connected to COVID makes symptom monitoring and illness-prevention measures all the more important.

Please review the Kent Country Health Department’s K-12 COVID-19 Symptom and Testing Protocol for guidance about how to proceed if concerning symptoms develop in your household. Healthcare evaluation is needed if:

Any TWO of the following develop:
Fever (measured or subjective)
Chills
Headache
Extreme tiredness/fatigue
Sore Throat
Congestion or runny nose
Body aches
Nausea/vomiting or diarrhea

OR

ONE of the following develops:
New cough
Loss of taste or smell
Shortness of breath

Thank you for your efforts to keep our students and staff healthy so we can remain on campus and continue learning together in our classrooms!
